Quarterback Christian Ponder looked good completing 10 of 13 throws for 136 yards and a touchdown. Joe Webb saw work and passed for 73 yards hitting on 7 of 15 from the field. Veteran Sage Rosenfels threw for 63 yards as he completed 4 of his 8 passes.
Running back Matt Asiata led Minnesota with 43 rushing yards on seven carries. Emmanuel Arceneaux led the Vikings with two grabs for 50 yards.
The Minnesota defense gave up 317 yards of offense to Buffalo with 249 yards coming via the air.
