The Minnesota Golden Gophers out of the Big Ten conference will travel for a week one NCAA college football game against the UNLV Rebels from the Mountain West conference on Thursday night.
Kick off time from UNLV is scheduled for 11PM Eastern Time with national television coverage provided by CBS College Sports.

UNLV head coach Bobby Hauk is back for his third season with the program Hauk has a career mark of 4-21 with the Rebels football program. Returning in 2012 will be seven starters on offense and five to the defensive corps. UNLV last made a bowl game in 2000.
Freshman redshirt quarterback Nick Sherry will get the start for the Rebels on Thursday night. Caleb Henning returns for his junior campaign and passed for 10004 yards with eight touchdowns and six picks last season.
The Rebels top running back Tim Cornett is back for this junior season with UNLV. Cornett rushed for 691 yards with seven touchdowns and 5.6 yards from scrimmage average last year. UNLV loses their top three passing targets from 2011.
