Hakeem Nicks caught five balls for 55 yards.

Mario Manningham had a 17 yard touchdown reception.

They allowed San Francisco 328 offensive yards with 150 coming from their run game on 28 carries.

The Giants had three sacks and gave up no 49ers touchdowns in their lone try inside the red zone.

New York was solid defensively on third down allowing the San Francisco 49ers just 1 of 13 conversions.
