Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck completed only 14 of his 30 throws for 104 yards a touchdown and two picks.

Tennessee enters this road game at Houston with a record of 8-7 on the year. The team is 3-4 on the road.

The Titans average 20 points with 333 yards per game with 90 rushing yards for 3.8 yards a carry.

On defense the club surrenders 19 points and 352 yards per game. Teams rush for 126 yards against them for 4.4 yards per rush against average.

To make the playoffs the club must win and needs a lot of help to qualify as an AFC wildcard team.

The team bounced back from an awful road loss at Indianapolis with the 23-17 home victory last week to the Jacksonville Jaguars as a -7 point betting favorite.

The Titans had one sack and allowed two Jaguars touchdowns in three tries inside the red zone.

The Houston Texans will host the Titans with a record of 10-5 on the year. The club is 5-2 playing at home.

Houston averages 23 points and 371 yards per game with 153 rushing yards for 4.4 yards per carry.

On defense the Texans surrender 17 points and 280 yards a game. Opponents rush for 96 yards against them for 4.1 yards per rush against average.

Houston has won the AFC south division and is locked in as a third seed in the AFC south division. The Texans will host a wildcard game next week.

The team has lost two straight all coming against non-playoff teams.

The Texans are coming off a bad 19-16 road defeat on Thursday night football to the Indianapolis Colts a week ago as a -6 ½ point betting favorite.

The game went under the closing total of 40 ½ points.

After taking a four point lead with two minutes left the Texans allowed the Colts behind a third string quarterback to drive for the winning touchdown.

Houston put up 283 offensive yards with 171 coming from their run game on 31 runs from scrimmage.

Quarterback Taylor Yates completed 13 of 16 passes for 132 yards.

Arian Foster ran for 158 yards on 23 carries. Out of the backfield Foster had three catches for 16 yards.

Kevin Walter led Houston with three receptions for 47 yards.

Joel Dressen grabbed four balls for 38 yards.

Jacoby Jones caught two passes for 27 yards.

Houston allowed Indianapolis 320 yards of offense with 95 yards rushing on 32 runs from scrimmage.

The Texans had three sacks and allowed just one Indy touchdown in five red zone appearances.
