What hurt LA in addition to their three point and free throw shooting is the fact the team turned it over 17 times as the club was breaking in head coach Mike Brown’s system as well as four new players into their player rotation.
Once again the Lakers will be without center Andrew Bynum who is serving the second of a four game suspension.

Sacramento will open their regular season on Monday having gotten the day off on Christmas Day.
The Kings are the younger team and may force a fast tempo facing the older legs of the Lakers playing the back end of a back to back.
Center DeMarcus Cousins was impressive last season with solid rebounding. He may be an impact in this game eliminating second shot opportunity at the bucket for the Lakers.

Guard Tyreke Evans averaged nearly 18 a game last season and hit on nearly 41% of his shots from the floor. He hit nearly 30% of his shots from three.
