The Minnesota Viking will hit the highway to face fellow NFC conference foe the Washington Redskins in an NFL pro football game on Saturday Christmas Eve afternoon.

Devin Aromashodu had two receptions for 29 yards.

Kyle Rudolph caught two passes for 15 yards.

Minnesota allowed New Orleans 573 yards of offense with 161 yards rushing on 38 carries.

The Vikings had no sacks and allowed five Saints touchdowns in all five drives in the red zone.

Washington will host Minnesota with a record of 5-9 on the season. The club is 2-5 playing at home.

The Redskins put up 18 points and 329 yards per game with 95 yards rushing for 3.8 yards per carry.

Defensively the Washington Redskins allow 21 points with 332 yards a game. Opponents rush for 112 yards against them for 4.1 yards per rush against average.

The team is coming off the inspired 23-10 road win at the New York Giants a week ago as a +5 ½ point underdog.

The total landed under the closing total of 45 points.

Washington posted 300 offensive yards with 123 coming from their run game on 40 carries.

The Redskins allowed one sack and score one red zone touchdown in their three trips inside the twenty.

The team committed two turnovers and took three away from New York.

Santana Moss caught two passes for 40 yards and a receiving touchdown.

Donte Stallworth had two grabs for 35 yards.

The Redskins allowed the New York Giants 324 yards of offense with 91 coming on the ground on 18 carries.

Washington had three sacks and allowed one Giants touchdown in four drives in the red zone.
