It was announced on Monday morning that head coach Todd Haley had been fired and replaced on an interim basis by defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel.

Kansas City allowed New York 314 offensive yards with 159 in their run game on 42 rushes.

The Chiefs had three sacks and allowed five New York Jet touchdowns in all five red zone drives.
