Mississippi St will play in the Music City Bowl with an overall record of 6-6 on the year. The team is 3-3 away from home.

The Bulldogs average 25 points and 355 yards per game with 168 yards rushing for 6.8 yards a carry.

Ricco Sanders had a 15 yard reception.
