It will be an NFC east divisional clash when Eli Manning and the New York Giants heads to Dallas to play Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys in an NFL Sunday night football game.

They met for a second time three weeks later with the Dallas Cowboys posting the 33-20 road upset win as a +12 ½ point underdog.

The game came over the total of 46 ½ points.

Dallas quarterback Jon Kitna in for an injured Tony Romo led the team with three passing touchdowns in the victory.

The Cowboys produced a bit more on the ground with Felix Jones producing 51 rushing yards and Marion Barber chipping in with 47 yards.

Dallas put up a better offensive effort in this game as the gained 427 yards of offense on the New York Giants defense.

Giants quarterback Eli Manning put up 373 yards passing in a losing effort.

On the ground New York running back Ahmad Bradshaw was productive with 73 yards rushing.

The Giants offense once again moved the ball very well on the Dallas defense and this time to a tune of 480 yards gained.

New York travels to Dallas with the overall record of 6-6 on the season. The club is 3-3 on the road.

The Giants average 23 points and 379 yards per game with 83 yards rushing for 3.3 yards a carry.

On defense New York allows 26 points and 387 yards per game. Teams rush for 127 yards against them for 4.6 yards per rush against average.

The Giants have spoiled as the team has lost four straight games.

The team is coming off a hard fought 38-35 home defeat to the Green Bay Packers a week ago as a +7 point underdog.

The total came in at over the closing line of 53 ½ points.

The Giants amassed 447 offensive yards with 100 coming from their run game on 20 carries.

The team allowed one sack and scored three touchdowns in four red zone tries.

New York had two turnovers and forced one away from Green Bay.

Quarterback Eli Manning completed 23 of 40 passes for 347 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.

Brandon Jacobs rushed for 59 yards on eight carries with a rushing touchdown.

Ahmad Bradshaw had 11 carries for 38 yards.

Victor Cruz led New York with seven receptions for 119 yards.

Hakeem Nicks caught seven balls for 88 yards and two receiving touchdowns.

Travis Beckum caught a 67 yard touchdown pass.

Jake Ballard grabbed three balls for 47 yards.

New York allowed Green Bay 449 offensive yards with 89 coming from their ground game on 28 rushes.

The Giants had two sacks and allowed four Packers touchdowns in their five red zone drives.

The Dallas Cowboys will host the New York Giants with a record of 7-5 on the year. The club is 5-1 playing at home.

Dallas averages 23 points and 385 yards per game with 114 yards on the ground for 4.5 yards a carry.

On defense the Cowboys allow 20 points and 330 yards per game. Opponents rush for 100 yards against them for 4.2 yards per rush against average.

Dallas had their four game win streak snapped last week in their 19-13 overtime road defeat to the Arizona Cardinals a week ago as a -4 point betting favorite.

The total came home at under the closing line of 46 ½ points.

Dallas generated 336 yards of offense with 75 yards rushing on 20 attempts.

The team allowed five sacks and scored one touchdown in their two red zone drives.

Dallas allowed Arizona 327 offensive yards with 103 yards rushing on 25 runs from scrimmage.

The team had five sacks and allowed one Cardinals touchdowns in two red zone appearances.
