Dirk Nowitzki led Dallas with 40 points and five rebounds on 12 of 20 from the floor and 14 of 15 from the free throw line.

Jason Kidd had 17 points including a clutch three pointer in the overtime period.

The Dallas bench came through with 40 points.

The unit was led by Jason Terry who had 20 points and five rebounds.

Oklahoma City shot 46.7% from the field in the loss and a very poor 2 of 13 from beyond the arc. The club made 19 of their 25 free throw attempts.

OKC gave away the game with a very bad 26 turnovers.

Despite 29 points Kevin Durant made just 9 of his 22 shots and committed 9 turnovers. Durant did pull down 15 rebounds.

Russell Westbrook had 19 points and 8 assists on 7 of 22 from the field.

Serge Ibaka had a good game with 18 points and 10 rebounds on 8 of 15 shooting.

Off the bench James Harden had just 7 points but pulled down 7 rebounds. Dallas made their fourth quarter run as soon as Harden fouled out of the game.

The two meetings in Dallas in the Western conference finals were split.

In game 1 Dallas jumped out to a lead in this best of 7 series with the 121-112 win as a -6 point betting favorite. The game went over the total of 194 ½ points.

Dirk Nowtizki had 48 points in the victory. The Mavs started slowly in quarter number one following a nine day layoff as they produced just 20 points.

In quarters two through four Dallas scored 101 points.

OKC evened the series at 1-1 with a game 2 win as they earned the 106-100 win as a +5 point road underdog. The game went over 199 ½ points.

The Thunder shot lights out in the win making 55.7% of their shots.

The bench was big for the Thunder with 50 of the teams 106 points. James Harden led the unit with 23 points.
