The Miami Heat have knotted their Eastern conference finals series with the Bulls at a game apiece following their 85-75 road win at Chicago on Tuesday night as a +2 ½ point underdog. The game sailed well under the total of 181 points.
Miami brought a strong defensive effort in the second half by limiting Chicago to just 29 points and just 10 coming in the fourth quarter.
The Heat shot 47.1% in victory but just 3 of 13 from the three point line. The team got to the line 24 times and made 18 shots. They pulled down four more rebounds than the Bulls.

Derrick Rose had 21 points on just 7 of 23 shooting.
Luol Deng was off his game making just 5 of his 15 attempted shots for 13 points.
No other Bulls player had more than 9 points in game 2.
Carlos Boozer played passively and made only 3 of his 10 shots for 7 points.
The Bulls got 20 points from their bench. Taj Gibson led the unit with 8 points.
Kyle Korver went bad from the floor going 1 of 7 for just 3 points.
Game 1 of this best of 7 series went to the Bulls as they earned the 103-82 blowout win as a -2 ½ point betting favorite. The total landed over 180 ½ points.
It was a good defensive second half adjustment for the Bulls as Miami could make only 34 second half points.
The Bulls shot 43.7% in the win. Derrick Rose led the way with 28 points and 6 assists. The Chicago bench came through with 28 points.
Chris Bosh led Miami with 30 points on 12 of 18 shooting. Dwyane Wade and Lebron James combined for 12 of 32 shooting in defeat.
