A pretty tough spot for the Miami Heat as they must play Phoenix tonight late night before their much anticipated game of the entire season in their Christmas Day match up against the LA Lakers.
The Phoenix Suns have been on the road a lot this year. They are healthy and are out to revenge a bad loss to the Heat earlier in the season.
The Suns have shot the ball extremely well in their past two games hitting 57 ½% at Oklahoma City and in a back to back spot hit on 53.5% at San Antonio.
Phoenix will be a well rested team having last played three nights ago. The Suns have good depth on their bench so they have the firepower to play close basketball with the Heat tonight with help from their second unit.
Miami has struggled from the field in their past two games with 43.1% shooting against Washington and 40.5% in their home loss to the Dallas Mavericks.
With the Lakers up next for the Heat look for the Suns to bring a competitive effort tonight for their home fans.
