Jaycito will be ridden in the Juvenile by jockey Mike Smith and is trained by Mike Mitchell.
This 2 year old by Victory Gallup is coming off a win at the Norfolk Stakes at Hollywood Park which was a Grade 1 effort.
We have seen the Southern California horses make a good transition from the synthetics to dirt and his pedigree suggests he can handle this surface.
With no Bob Baffert or John Sadler entries here there is good value on the Southern California entries in this race.
Jaycito was a $110,00 purchase at the Keeneland sales.
Play #10 with #4 J.P’s Gusto in an Exacta Box.
J.P’s Gusto will have the services of jockey Patrick Valenzuela with David Hoffman’s training.
This too is a Southern California entry. He was second to Jaycito in the Grade 1 Norfolk in early October.
Prior to that effort he won the Del Mar Futurity by 4 ½ lengths and posting a very good 97 Brisnet number on the synthetic surface.
J.P’s Gusto is a very good 4 wins and 1 second in his 6 lifetime races.
Play #10 with #4 with #3 Uncle Mo in a Trifecta Box.

A lot of east coast bias in these morning odds. Southern California horses has shown to transition well to dirt.
Uncle Mo will have Jorge Velasquez aboard and is trained by Todd Pletcher.
He is making this third lifetime start and will be riding only his second stakes race. He has a win on October 9th at Belmont Park In the Champaign Stakes.
Uncle Mo is out of Indian Charlie and races at this distance for the first time in his short career.
