Lebron James will make his much anticipated home debut on Friday when he and the Miami Heat take the court to battle Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic in an NBA pro basketball game.
Tip off time from Miami is scheduled for 8PM Eastern Time with national television coverage provided by ESPN.
The point spread opened up in this game with the home team Miami Heat lined as a 4 ½ point betting favorite with an over under hung at 184 ½ points.
The early money in this game has been Orlando money as the Miami Heat have been bet down to a 2 ½ point betting favorite. The total saw movement upward to 186 points.

It will be very interesting to see how an undersized Miami Heat team can contain Dwight Howard in the middle.
The Miami Heat enter their home opener with a 1-1 record on the season.
In their opener this season the team dropped an 88-80 decision at the Boston Celtics as a 1 point road favorite. The team was ice cold from the field in defeat hitting on just 36.5% of their shots.
The next night they traveled to Philadelphia and bounced back with the 97-87 victory against the 76ers as an 8 point betting favorite.

The team was out rebounded for the second straight game. This is something to consider in this game if you are laying a bet on Miami. It figures Orlando may get more second shots at the basket in this game.
