The Detroit Lions will travel in NFC North division action when they do battle with the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon.
This game will kick off from Green Bay at 1PM Eastern Time with television coverage provided by FOX.
The point spread opened up with the home team Green Bay Packers lined as a 13 ½ point favorite with an over under lined at 46 points.

On the ground it was Jahvid Best with 7 carries for 26 yards. He is suffering a toe injury that forced him to miss some practice this week and is a game time decision.
Tight end Tony Scheffler led Detroit with 7 catches for 60 yards and a touchdown. Wide receiver Calvin Johnson contributed with 6 catches for 56 yards.
On the defensive side of the ball the Lions allow their opponents. 26 points and a very high 413 yards per game.
They allowed the Vikings 368 yards last week and only 3 of 11 conversions on third down. The Lions were burned on the ground as Minnesota rushed it 30 times for 183 yards for a 6.1 yards per rush average.
The Green Bay Packers are back home and sit at 2-1 on the year. The team averages 26 points and 341 yards per game. This will be their second home game of the year with their first resulting in a 34-7 home victory against the Buffalo Bills as a 12 ½ point betting favorite.
The Packers are coming off a Monday night football defeat at the Chicago Bears 20-17 as a 3 point road favorite.
The team was able to produce 379 yards and converted on 4 of 10 on third down. The Packers were their own worse enemies on the field last Monday night. They had 18 penalties for 152 yards with the fouls coming at some very inopportune times.
Aaron Rodgers completed on 34 of 45 passes for 316 yards a touchdown and an interception.
With Ryan Grant out for the season the Packers handed the ball off to running backs John Kuhn and Brandon Jackson who could only combine for 13 carries for 43 yards.
Packers tight end Jermichael Finley is having a solid season. Last week he had 9 catches for 115 yards. On the year he has 17 receptions for 265 yards and an impressive 15.6 yards per catch average.
On the defensive side of the ball the Packers allow their opponents 15 points and only 261 yards per game. They held the Bears to only 276 yards and 3 of 9 conversions on third down.
