The Oregon Ducks will make the long trip to face the Tennessee Volunteers in a college football game on Saturday night in prime time.
This game will kick off from Tennessee at 7PM Eastern Time and you can watch it on ESPN2 Television.

Last week New Mexico was only able to gain 107 yards on Oregon’s defense. They rushed it 32 times and averaged less than 1 yard per carry. New Mexico converted just 3 of 17 combined on third and fourth downs last week.
First year Volunteers head coach Derek Dooley will have only 5 starters back on offense and 6 to his defense. The 2009 team went 7-6 and lost 37-14 in their bowl game against Virginia Tech.
With 2009 starting quarterback Jonathon Crompton competing for work as a third string with the San Diego Chargers the team turned to junior quarterback Matt Simms.
The junior college transfer completed 14 of 24 passes for 181 yards 1 touchdown and no picks last week against FCS Tennessee Martin in their 50-0 victory.
Tennessee ran the ball down Tennessee Martin’s throat last week with 337 yards rushing for a 7.7 yards per rush average. Junior Tauren Poole led the team with 110 yards on 17 carries with 2 touchdowns. Sophomore David Oku contributed with 77 yards on 6 carries and a touchdown with a long run of 44 yards.
The teams top wide receiver from last season is back as senior Gerald Jones had 6 catches for 86 yards last week.
In 2009 the Tennessee defense allowed opponents 22 points and 319 yards per game.
They held Tennessee Martin to just 86 total yards last week and a miserable 2 of 17 conversions on third down.
