The team is experienced in the receiving and tight end position. Senior Doug Beaumont was second on the club with 38 catches for 465 yards. Louisville lines up two seniors and 1 junior when they go three wide and senior Cameron Graham lines up at tight end.

The offense sputtered greatly as the team produced just 18 points and 334 yards in 2009. On the defensive side of the ball the Cardinals allowed 26 points per game and 371 yards to their opponents.
