On Wednesday we stick with the NBA playoffs as the San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Mavericks continue their series. They tip off game 2 of this Western conference series in Dallas at 9:35PM Eastern Time and you can watch it on TNT. We saw San Antonio make 50% of their shots in game 1 against the Dallas Mavericks and still came up short failing to cover the point spread in a 100-94 defeat. Despite the victory the Mavericks got nothing from Jason Terry off the bench so there is definitely a lot of room for improvement for Dallas despite winning by 6 points. Bottom line here is that San Antonio no longer has the defensive prowess since the retirement of Bruce Bowen and really will have issues covering the tremendous scoring threats for the Mavericks.
