BYU Cougars versus Kansas St Wildcats CBS TV NCAA Tournament College Basketball Sports Betting Odds Pick Preview

The BYU Cougars from the Mountain West conference will face the high-powered Kansas St Wildcats in a second round NCAA Tournament college basketball game on Saturday night. Tip off time at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans Louisiana is scheduled for 8:10PM Eastern Time with national television coverage provided by CBS.

They lead all schools in free throw percentage as the Cougars hit on 78.6% from the charity stripe.

Kansas St opened up play in the NCAA Tournament with a comfortable 82-62 win against the North Texas Mean Green from the Sun Belt conference as 15-½ point betting favorites. The Wildcats jumped out early to a 41-25 halftime lead and never looked back. The team was hot from the field in victory hitting on 50% of their shots and 38% from three. Defensively Kansas St was good limiting the Mean Green to just 30% shooting from the field. Four Wildcats were in double figures and guard Denis Clemente who poured in 17 shots and six assists led them to the easy win.
