They opened play in the Big Sky tournament semifinals with the 68-63 victory over Northern Colorado as a 2-point favorite. They then pulled off a huge second half comeback victory at Weber St in the finals. Montana pulled out the 66-65 victory as a 3 ½ point underdog overcoming a 20 point halftime deficit.
