The Michigan St Spartans will take their game on the road when they face fellow Big Ten conference rival the Purdue Boilermakers for a college basketball game on Sunday afternoon. Tip off time at Purdue is scheduled for 4PM Eastern Time with national television coverage provided by CBS.

After hitting a midseason three game losing streak the Boilermakers responded with 10 straight victories. The team is coming off a 59-58 victory over Minnesota on Wednesday night. Purdue held Minnesota to just 41% shooting in their win. Junior guard E’Twaun Moor will look to bounce back after a 3 of 12 shooting night and 11 points in the win on Wednesday.
Michigan St sits at 21-7 overall and 11-4 in conference play which is just 1 game behind Purdue with three games remaining. The team has struggled a bit down the stretch losers of 4 of their past 6 games with two of those coming on their home court. The team is coming off a 74-67 home loss as a 3-point favorite to the Ohio St Buckeyes on last Sunday. The Spartans were held to just 41% shooting in defeat.
