Kentucky has a 7-4 record and has won three straight games. They are coming off an impressive 34-27 victory at Georgia. Newton is hitting on 57% of his passes with 5 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. He has only made 24 passing attempts over the past two games as the team has emphasized the running game. Junior running back Derrick Locke has averaged 4.9 yards a carry on the season. The ball carrier has rushed for 224 yards over his past two games. The Wildcats allow 22 points a game this season and rank 8th in the SEC in total defense giving up 356 yards a game.
