The huge problem with the Mississippi St team has been the play at quarterback. Senior quarterback Tyson Lee has only hit on 59% of his passes with 4 touchdowns and an incredible 13 interceptions on the season. The quarterback play has been so bad that the Bulldogs only passed 13 times in a game they lost by 21 points last week. The offense is carried by running back Anthony Dixon who has averaged 5.5 yards a carry on the season. He is coming off a huge 176 yards rushing performance last week. Dixon will be in tough with a good Mississippi defense who will stack the line looking to stop the run. Mississippi St is 11th in total defense in the SEC allowing 364 yards per game. They allow nearly 4 yards a carry on the ground.
