Breeders Cup Juvenile Oak Tree at Santa Anita Horse Racing Betting Pick Win, Exacta and Trifecta Box Saturday November 7th 2009

With our selection from horse racings biggest day of racing we will pick from the Breeders Cup Juvenile going on Saturday. Post time is scheduled for 3:49PM Eastern Time with television coverage on ESPN. With our free horse racing pick we are taking #4 Noble’s Promise to win. The Breeders Cup Juvenile is race number 5 on the Oak Tree and Santa Anita Saturday card and is Breeders Cup race number four.

Noble’s Promise is ridden by Willie Martinez and trained by Kenneth McPeek. Noble’s promise has ran well over synthetic track surfaces with 2 wins and 1 second in three tries on the surface. He is coming off a nice two turn win in the Grade 1 Breeders Futurity Stakes run on October 10th at Keeneland Race Track. He posted a good 89 Brisnet speed figure in that 1 1/16th mile event. The Breeders Cup Juvenile is a 1 1/16th mile race on the Santa Anita synthetic track surface.

In our Exacta Box we will box #4 Noble’s Promise with the #5 D’Funnybone. The Richard Dutrow trained D’Funnybone will be ridden by Edgar Prado. D’Funnybone is coming off two consecutive Grade 2 wins and posting outstanding 95 Brisnet speed figures in the process. In those graded stakes races the two year old colt blew away his competition with a win at Belmont Park on September 19th by 4 ¾ lengths and on August 20th a 10 ½ length win at Saratoga.

With our Trifecta we are boxing #4 Noble’s Promise with #5 D’Funnybone with #6 Pulsion. Veteran jockey Mike Smith will be aboard Pulsion and he is coming off a 2nd place finish in the Grade 1 Norfolk Stakes back on October 4th at Santa Anita. He posted a respectable 87 Brisnet speed figure in that event that went the two turn distance of 1 1/16th of a mile on the Santa Anita synthetic main track surface.
