La Nez is ridden by Mike Smith and is trained by Eric Kruljac. Good breeding with this filly as she is by Storm Creek and dam is Iza Bay. La Nez is coming off a nice performance winning the Cal Cup Juvenile back at Oak Tree at Santa Anita on October 3rd posting a good Brisnet figure of 91. She posted a good closing kick over the synthetic track on Santa Anita in that race and could improve off that effort. I like the main track to turf move in this race.
