The Kansas Jayhawks will look to rebound when they travel to the Texas Tech Red Raiders in a Big 12 conference college football game on Saturday. Kick off time at Texas Tech is scheduled for 3:30PM Eastern Time with regional television coverage provided by ABC. Senior quarterback Todd Reesing was not effective last week with three interceptions and a critical pick 6 deep in Sooners territory when his team was down 7-0 early in the second quarter. That pick 6 changed the entire complexion of the game. Kansas will be playing their third road game of the season and are 1-1 winning 34-7 at UTEP and then losing at Colorado 34-30. Reesing has struggled with his accuracy hitting on just 52 of 93 over his past two games which all resulted in losses. The Jayhawks have sputtered on the ground this season with just 4.1 yards per play average. Texas Tech’s passing game will present a strong test for the Kansas Jayhawks defense. Kansas has had problems defending the pass this season, as the team is 10th in the Big 12 conference allowing 246 yards per game through the air.
