The Chicago Bears will look to bounce back when they host the Cleveland Browns in an NFL game on Sunday afternoon. Kick off time is scheduled in Chicago for 1PM Eastern Time with regional television coverage provided by CBS. The LVSC NFL betting odds makers have set the opening line in this game and the Chicago Bears opened as a 12 point favorite with the over under coming in at 39 ½. The early money from the NFL betting public has come in on the favorite, as the Chicago Bears are currently a 14-point favorite. The total has seen betting action towards the over, as the current over under is lined at 40. NFL money line gamblers can make a play on the favored Chicago Bears at –800 with the road underdog Cleveland Browns brining back +600 to pull off the straight up victory with no points on their side.
The Chicago Bears return home after an awful 45-10 road loss last week to the Cincinnati Bengals. Cincinnati was able to pile on 215 rushing yards and 233 through the air on the Chicago Bears defense. The Bears offense contributed to the mess with 4 turnovers. The Bears have now lost 3 of their 4 games on the road with 13 turnovers in those four games on the highway. At home the Bears are 2-0 this season with a three point home victory over Pittsburgh and a 48-24 home win to the Detroit Lions. In that home game against Detroit the Bears starting showing ill signs with their defense as Detroit was able to move up and down the field on Chicago gaining 308 passing yards. Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is coming off a three-interception performance last week. But at home Jay Cutler has been turnover free with 71% passing accuracy against Pittsburgh and 64% against the Lions. Bears running back Matt Forte other than his 101 yards per carry performance against the Lions has not done much on the ground this season for Chicago. Forte is only averaging 3.5 yards per carry average. On the Cleveland Browns side the team is sputtering with a 1-6 record on the season. The Browns defense has been very poor on the season as it gives up 414 yards per game this season. The Browns secondary has been torched for an average of 244 passing yards this season and 12.5 yards per completion average ranking 29th on the season. Offensively the Browns have been just brutal averaging just 10.3 points per game on offense. Starting quarterback Derek Anderson is just hitting on 43% of his passes this season with 2 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. Anderson’s quarterback rating is 40.6 and that is last in the NFL. Anderson also has the look of a quarterback with lost confidence, as his body language on the field is all negative vibes. The Browns running game has been nothing spectacular as their run unit averages just 3.7 yards per carry. Leading ball carrier is the veteran Jamal Lewis who is just producing 3.4 yards per carry.

have not been very good this season. I was disappointing that Kokinis, the Gneral Manager, got fired after such a short time.
The Browns Defense played much better against Chicago, and I truly hope we start winning some football games soon.
Good post, look forward to more.
